Appreciation Period — Request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Condition — Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all packaging intact. Hygiene — Due to health regulations, socks cannot be returned once the sealed packaging is opened (except for defects). Process — We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order. Logistics — Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are only accepted via courier.
